This is a crochet cat scarf pattern inspired by Sandra Miller Maxfield’s Cat Afghan 1997 This pattern is suitable for a confident beginner. The stitch is basic but you need to be familiar with colour changes. What you’ll need to know: You’ll need to have knowledge of some basic crochet techniques and stitches, including US half double crochet, slip stitch and colour changes. The pattern includes links to useful tutorials. What you’ll need: • Yarn: I used stylecraft simply chunky yarn however, you can use any yarn you like • Scissors • Darning/tapestry needle • 5.5mm crochet hook (or recommended hook size for yarn)
